Did you know that a medium-sized papaya contains approximately 100 calories, 20 percent of the daily value for fiber and more than three times the vitamin C you need each day?

The sweet  orange flesh of the papaya is full with nutrients, making the fruit as an ideal snack for fruit lovers.

At this point in time there is no enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for papaya, but keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. Nevertheless we already know that eating too much even if its a good thing can sometimes cause some unpleasant side effects. Well papaya are seems safe for most people when taken in small amounts, and we are not aware  that this fruit has a side effect. I will not mention all the side effects when one consume too much papaya but the two side effects I listed below are more than enough for you to be aware that  moderation in everything we do are the best principle of keeping your health on tip-top conditions.

1. The worst  side effects of papaya are the effect of the papain chemical content to pregnant woman- There is some evidence that papaya has a papain chemical content, that can or might poison the fetus or cause birth defects, so beware if you think you are pregnant avoid eating too much papaya.”

2 . Skin Allergies-If  you’re a skin buff,  you should know that applying papaya to the skin can cause severe irritation and allergic reactions for some people, so try to apply in one area of your body before applying it to your whole body.

Prescription: Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe its’s best to avoid taking it in amounts higher than the normal person can consume.
