Being extremely overweight is all down to bad diet rather than a lack of exercise, a time immemorial known debate to all dietitian and health enthusiast about whether food, sedentary lifestyles or both are responsible for the obesity epidemic.

In the past long years, obesity has rocketed and there has been little change in physical activity levels especially for the millennials that are hooks on gadgets which lead them to a sedentary lifestyle . This places the blame for the expanding waistlines plus the type and amount of calories they consumed.

  1. For some people, it’s easier to go to the gym than it is to turn down a third slice of cake. But for others, the opposite applies. If you’re trying to lose weight (aka burn more calories than you eat) — common sense and basic arithmetic suggest that you should be able to either eat less (i.e., take in fewer calories) or exercise more to burn more calories to see results. At least theoretically, you should be able tip the scale using just one technique.
