Floods rise in Olongapo as moonsons enters Day 3

Olongapo City, Zambales  Philippines. Heavy monsoon rains spawned by the storm-enhanced southwest monsoon have caused flooding in some low lying areas.

Schools, SBMA and other government offices, and many private companies were closed for the second consecutive day as torrential rains accompanying Storm Maring caused flooding throughout the area.
